The ball-stop net closes the pitch above the boards up to a height of 5 m so that the ball does not leave the playing area. The IFS ball-stop system consists of UV-resistant polypropylene netting, PVC-coated tensioning wires, wire tensioners and fixed-installation net posts. The net can be mounted all the way round or only behind the goal lines, and combined with the football pitch boards it forms a complete board and ball-stop system.

Ball-stop netting for football pitches

The 130×130 mm mesh with 5 mm twine meets the parameters of ball-stop nets used on football pitches; the 120×120 mm mesh with 4 mm twine has an equivalent load-bearing capacity and is equally suitable. The net is delivered cut to the pitch size with the tensioning wires already threaded in, together with detailed installation instructions.

Setup proposal:
Considering their setup, the ball catching net get to the exterior plane of the supporter columns. The coated PVC wires, which are wrapped in the network previously, are hooked to the opened stiched fasteners, and we hang it up and fix it at the borderlands with wire clamps. The anchoring of wire-ropes to the wire clamp happens with loops, that are made with the help of mounting brackets. The ends of the wire rope at the loops formed with the rope clamps are sealed with heat-shrink tubing. After the tension of the wires, we close the wire ropes and the fastening material to the column base, preventing the random disengagement of the wires. The ball catching net is fixed vertically in the corners, with the same substance of the net ( with a 4 mm diameter) fixing-wire.
Do not settle onto the ball catching net big banners because of the wind load.
